  • incl Service, Training and Repair incl. Warranty extention to 3 years. Exclusive Spare parts.
  • Included in Warranty are all failures like firmware issues, hardware issues which are not caused due to wrong handling or applying heavy forces! Included in Service is: 2x 1hour training per customer per year, helpdesk (Office Hours [8-6pm]) and ticket system for problem solving, 1 service of all units per customer (defective parts or preventive replaced parts will be invoiced separately) Correct recycling of defect or worn out units
